Sixth Form applications
Applicants are welcome to visit the Academy at any time to discuss the Sixth Form. Please contact the Academy to arrange a time.
The prospectus, course information booklet and application form can be downloaded below. The application form may be completed online and emailed to the Head of Sixth Form, or printed and posted to the Academy address. References may also be emailed or posted.
