Dear Parents and Carers,

The upcoming ethos themes for us all to reflect on and discuss are:

‘Giving’ -House Charities Week
w/b 27/11/17

Corinthians 9:7
‘Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.’

Key Question: Which charity does your house support? What can you do to support the charity?

‘The Joy of Charity’- Advent
w/b 4/12/17

Proverbs 19:17
‘Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.

Key Question: What are the origins of Christmas? How has Christmas been changed by the media?

Parent Prayer will be held on every penultimate Thursday of each half term. The next Parents’ Prayer Meeting is on Thursday 9th December from 5.30-6.30pm. This is in order to finish in time for the Christmas concert at 6.30pm.

I also offer a ‘drop in’ for parents; please feel free to contact me further to arrange this at tim.richards@chelsea-academy.org.

With every blessing,

Tim Richards,
Chaplain
