Ofsted success
Following our Ofsted Section 8 Monitoring Inspection on 13th and 14th July, we are delighted to announce that Ofsted has reported that "the Academy has made outstanding progress towards raising standards" since opening in September 2009.
MMR and measles outbreaks
With France currently experiencing a large outbreak of measles, parents are warned to protect their children from the disease before travelling abroad (9 May 2011)
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat
This year's Academy production was 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' and was performed in the Academy theatre (14 April 2011)
Our World Fair
On 25th March, the whole community came together to celebrate global citizenship at Our World Fair (13 April 2011)
The Academy is officially opened
Over 300 people attended the official opening of Chelsea Academy on Monday 22 November (29 Nov 2010)
Chelsea Academy talent show
Students have revealed their artistic skills at the Academy’s first ever talent show (1 June 2010)
Photography competition winners
Two Chelsea Academy students were London school winners of the Ward-Henry photography competition (28 May 2010)
Opera project for Chelsea students
Opera Holland Park recently offered 25 students the chance to find out what goes into producing an opera (29 April 2010)
Lots Road building is topped out
A topping out ceremony has been held on the roof of the Lots Road building (16 Dec 2009)
