Lots Road building is topped out

A topping out ceremony was held on the roof of the Lots Road building on Friday 11 December.
Students and staff joined representatives from the sponsors, the governing body and DCSF, plus members of the construction team and special guests, in climbing the scaffold staircase up the outside of the five-storey building in order to be present as the building was blessed and topped out with a ceremonial trowel.
Guests also visited a finished model classroom.
