Anti-bullying Week

28 Sixth Form students enthusiastically embraced 'Anti-bullying Week' at Chelsea Academy and helped to create a presentation to deliver to every coaching group in the Academy. They launched new ideas such as the 'Online Anonymous Anti-bullying Box' where students can report any issues, and our fundraising activities, such as the bake sale. The presentations were well received, with students saying 'Five stars, Miss! They were really good' and 'It was great to hear from older students about their ideas on tackling bullying. We'd love them to come again'.   Our Anti-Bullying ambassadors are keen to carry on keeping the profile high throughout the year so that the key messages from the week's activities are continued. Below is a picture of one…

Our Anti-Bullying ambassadors are keen to carry on keeping the profile high throughout the year so that the key messages from the week’s activities are continued. Below is a picture of one of the presentations being delivered to 12 Lister. Phillip fed back that after his three presentations to different year groups throughout the week, he felt really confident to give a presentation ‘anytime, anywhere, on any topic!’. That’s what we like to hear!
