Chelsea Academy was awarded the ‘Outstanding Achievement School Award’ at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea School Games awards evening. It was a fantastic evening with former Olympian Derek Redmond speaking and presenting the awards. We were recognised as the outstanding school for sport in the borough. This was on the back of achieving success in 9 different sports at borough level. A number of Chelsea Academy students were in attendance to also be acknowledged for their representation at borough level in the London Youth Games. Amelia, Emily and Kacey were part of the girls football squad that was awarded ‘The most improved team’. A huge thank you to all the staff, coaches and students that contributed to this success. We are aiming even higher this year.
