During Science Week every Year 8 worked in a team on a ‘Chelsea Community Garden’ project. In their teams, each member had been trained in a different specialism, and they had to combine their skills and knowledge to design a workable community garden that could be built in the local area. As a result of their hard work, many of the students qualify for a ‘CREST Discovery Award’, a nationally recognised qualification from the British Science Association.
